After School Homework Assistance Program
Education does not have to be a barrier. The MAAS program is determined to demonstrate to our youth how education is the first step to becoming all that they can be. MAAS provides homework assistance 3 days a week to 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. Areas of study include: math, reading and science. Students are connected with a personal tutor who will assist them in strenthing trouble academic areas. The emphasis is placed on an individual’s needs so that each youth can become aware of their full potential.
Everyone wants their child to succeed in life; this is the goal of MasterLIFE. To help our youth succeed, by teaching LIFE skills in the areas of health and wellness; self-esteeem, goal setting, relationships, anger. time, and money management. Youth also participate in community service activities and learn what it means to be a part of a healthy church and a healthy community.
Masters Academy Mentoring & Golf Camp
The objective of the camp is to introduce the fundamental and technical aspects of the game to youth. This camp is designed to provide mentoring for men and girls ages 7-16. All parts of the game will be covered, including: full swing, chipping, putting, bunker play, course management, course etiquette and rules. Good fundamentals help to instill a respect for the history, integrity, and disciplines of golf while making practical Spiritual & Life application.
